We can only apologise to fans for the intermittent quality of the Ilves match livestream on Thursday night. A full refund is available to any purchaser of the stream by emailing [email protected].
The club awaits a detailed report from the production company involved to understand where the issues lie and to ensure any future stream does not encounter similar issues.
A large amount of planning and preparation went into the production process but when issues arise on the night in a live situation there is very little, if any, opportunity to react and fix the issue.
We are working to get a highlights package together to publish as soon as possible including the historic penalty shootout.
